Which cargo will my order be shipped to?
Your order will be delivered to our partner cargo company within 7 business days at the latest. Depending on your city, it will arrive at your address within 1 to 3 days.

How much is the shipping fee?
You will not be charged any fees for domestic shipments.For now, we don not any international shipment.

We deliver your orders to you with Yurtiçi Kargo. How can I track my shipment? When your order is shipped, you will be sent an email with the tracking number. You can track your shipment at https://www.yurticikargo.com
Exchanges and Returns What are the Exchange/Return Conditions?
You can exchange/return products purchased from our online store within 14 days of delivery. The product to be exchanged/returned must be unused, in good resalable condition, and with all tags intact. Products that do not meet these specifications will not be exchanged/returned. How can I return the product to you? You can send the product to be exchanged/returned, along with the invoice, to the billing address.
Who is responsible for the exchange/return shipping fee?
Products sent for return/exchange purposes are subject to the shipping fee. Unpaid exchange/return shipping fees will be collected by us. When will the refund be issued? Products you wish to return for exchange/return will be processed for refund within the same day, provided they meet the exchange/return terms. The refund will be processed to your credit card within 3-5 days, depending on your bank, based on the notification email sent to you. The refund will be processed until the exchange is split into different parts.

In which terms and conditions, I can make installment payments?
You can pay in 3 installments at the cash price with credit cards affiliated with banks' loyalty programs (Bonus, World, Axess, CardFinans, Maximum, Paraf, Advantage). A late payment interest applies for installments exceeding 3 installments. You can only pay with other cards in a single payment.
