1. Parties

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded electronically between the seller, whose details are given below, and the buyer who places an order through the website.

Buyer

The name and surname / title, address and contact details declared at the time of the order shall apply.

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product or products ordered electronically by the buyer through the seller’s website.

3. Product and Payment Details

The name, quantity, color/size, sale price, payment method, delivery address and shipping details of the product are as stated on the order summary screen and in the order confirmation.

4. Delivery

Following payment confirmation, the order is delivered to the buyer through the contracted carrier within the stated period, depending on stock and operational status.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Without prejudice to the statutory exceptions, the buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must give the seller clear notice within this period.

6. Return Procedure

The product to be returned must be sent unused, undamaged, in resalable condition and together with all its accessories, if any.

The return shipping process and the carrier to be used for returns are stated in the preliminary information form and/or on the relevant policy page.

7. Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

Under the relevant legislation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for the following products:

Products prepared in line with the consumer’s requests or personal needs 

Products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons whose protective elements have been opened

Other exceptional products and services within the scope of the legislation

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court in the place of the consumer’s residence or where the transaction took place is authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

9. Entry into Force

By completing the order, the buyer declares acceptance of the provisions of this agreement.
